eSIM works on most phones released in the last 4–5 years, including iPhone XS and newer, recent Google Pixels, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. Some carrier-locked phones do not support eSIM — unlock first.
When does the validity period start?
It starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy or install.
Can I keep using my regular SIM at the same time?
Yes. Most modern phones support dual SIM — keep your home line on, and use the eSIM for data plus its own calls and texts.
What if I run out of data before the plan ends?
You can purchase another plan at any time. Multiple eSIMs can be installed in parallel.
Will my phone work with this eSIM?
Most devices from the last 4–5 years support eSIM. See the compatibility list for details.
Can I get a refund?
No. This plan is final sale: it can't be refunded once the eSIM is issued. If it doesn't work, we replace it.
