7-day refund
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated. Once installed and connected to a network, the plan is considered used. Plans marked Final sale are the exception: they can't be refunded once issued, but we replace them if they don't work.

eSIM works on most phones released in the last 4–5 years, including iPhone XS and newer, recent Google Pixels, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. Some carrier-locked phones do not support eSIM — unlock first.
When does the validity period start?
It depends on the plan. Each plan above says when its validity starts.
Can I keep using my regular SIM at the same time?
Yes. Most modern phones support dual SIM — use your home line for calls/SMS and the eSIM for data.
What if I run out of data before the plan ends?
You can purchase another plan at any time. Multiple eSIMs can be installed in parallel.
Will my phone work with this eSIM?
Most devices from the last 4–5 years support eSIM. See the compatibility list for details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if the eSIM has not been activated. Plans marked Final sale can't be refunded once issued, but we replace them if they don't work.
