Hungry eSIM ("we", "our", or "us") is a sole-proprietor business based in California, USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and purchase eSIM plans, how we use it, and the rights you have under California law.

  • Order and billing information — purchase history, billing address, payment processor tokens (we do not store full card numbers).
  • eSIM technical data — ICCID, activation status, data usage, returned by the eSIMAccess carrier API.
  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, collected via standard web analytics.

How we use it

  • To deliver the eSIM you purchased (provisioning, activation, support).
  • To process payments via our payment processor.
  • To respond to support requests.

  • The eSIMAccess carrier API, to provision and activate your eSIM.
  • Our payment processor, to charge your card.
  • Email and hosting providers required to run the service.

Retention

We retain order and account information for as long as your account exists and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can request deletion at any time (subject to those legal retention obligations).

Security

We use TLS in transit, restrict internal access to personal data, and rely on PCI-compliant processors for payment handling. No online system is perfectly secure; report any concern to [email protected].

California consumer rights & "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"

We do not sell personal information.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to:
