1. Acceptance

By using the Hungry eSIM website or purchasing an eSIM plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Hungry eSIM resells eSIM data plans powered by the eSIMAccess carrier network. After purchase, we deliver an eSIM profile that you install and activate on a compatible device. We are not the mobile network operator; coverage, speed, and service quality are governed by the underlying carrier.

3. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Purchases & payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud).

5. eSIM delivery & device responsibility

You are responsible for confirming your device is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked before purchase. See our compatible devices guide. Refunds are not available once an eSIM has been installed, activated, or used (see Refund Policy).

6. Coverage, speed, FUP

Network availability, speed, and any fair-use policy (FUP, including after-cap speed throttling) are determined by the underlying carrier and may change without notice. Plan details on the product page reflect the carrier's stated terms at the time of purchase.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for:

  • Any illegal activity.
  • Bulk reselling without written permission.
  • Interfering with the website, carrier network, or other users.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or attempts to reverse engineer the service.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, design, logos) is owned by Hungry eSIM unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hungry eSIM's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the eSIM plan giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice on the website.
